Manager, US & Canadian Tax
Andrew began his accounting career in 2008 at a boutique accounting firm in Vancouver providing Canadian tax and other accounting services to individuals and small businesses. After receiving his Certified Management Accountant designation (now Chartered Professional Accountant) in 2012 and a brief stint as a controller of a real estate investment company in the mid-2010s, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts where he worked with a regional accounting firm providing US tax and accounting services. While in the US, he obtained his US Certified Public Accountant designation in 2018. In 2021, he moved back to Canada with the opportunity to merge his two accounting worlds and focused on providing services to individuals with connections or commitments in both Canada and the US with Grant Thornton.
Andrew joined SKL in 2024 with an eye on helping to provide clarity and peace of mind for his clients’ commitments on both sides of the border.
Andrew graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2008. In his free time, he likes to play sports with his 2 young boys and tasting the many delicious foods Vancouver has to offer.
