Liduo joined SKL Tax in January 2026 shortly after receiving her U.S. CPA(WA). She specializes in Canadian–U.S. cross-border personal tax compliance and planning with over 10 years of professional experience, including 6 years focused on cross-border taxation and 4 years with PwC China in domestic and US individual tax compliance and advisory.
Liduo has extensive experience in complex departure and arrival year filings, treaty-based returns, foreign tax credit optimization, and RSU/stock option sourcing. She also has a strong background in IRS and CRA communications, helping clients resolve penalty, withholding, and filing issues. Over the years, she has supported a wide range of individuals and professionals, including high-net-worth clients, lawyers, doctors, entrepreneurs, artists, senior executives, and high-tech software engineers.
Outside of work, Liduo enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, picking fresh fruit and vegetables at local farms during the summer, going to the beach, staying active with light exercise, and tending to her garden as part of a healthy lifestyle.
